DR. WILLIAM GROMKO

MD

Dr. William Gromko, MD, is a Family Medicine Specialist and has over 4o years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from CREIGHTON UNIVERSITY in 1974. He is one of a kind and came to the clinic after his wife caught him watching Judge Judy in retirement :) He loves what he does and is a hoot!

We are sure lucky to have him on our team.

Scott lacefield
pa-c

Scott is a wonder provider who has been practicing in Libby for a long time. He currently fills for us in Immediate Care and as much as we all love him, he isn't accepting patients for primary care.

His bedside manner and brilliance can't be beat and we are sure happy to have him.

Cincy Nicolson
FNP-C

Cincy is a FNP-C who comes to us from North Carolina. She is an Immediate Care provider who has a passion for natural/homeopathic approach to all conditions.

She is kind and people love her. We are excited to have her on our team.

Donna

Clinic Manager

Donna has purposefully chosen to accept the job of clinic manager and has quickly embraced the fact that this is now her circus and these are, in fact, her monkeys! :)

She accepts every task, question, or concern that is thrown her way with a smile on her face and a willingness to help in any way she can.

Quinn

Lab Director

Quinn is our lab guru, the blood draw ninja, and the pathology prodigy!

Quinn comes to us with 20+ years of lab experience and a wealth of knowledge. He has taken on the Direct Access Lab and is running it masterfully.

We appreciate Quinn and the skills and knowledge he brings to the clinic.

Sarah

Administrative Assistant

Sarah is the first person you will see when you come into the clinic. She has only been here for a short time, but you would never know it! We definitely scored when we brought her on board!

She's a multi-tasking master, very knowledgeable and helpful, and an all around amazing human being.

We love having her on our team.

NIKKI ANN

Medical Assistant

Nikki Ann comes to us from Vet medicine and has adapted well to dealing with humans :) She is Dr. Gromko's MA and does a great job on making sure he is on track. She is a quick learner and is always willing to jump in where ever needed.

We love her and having her on our team.

Miranda

Clinic Coordinator/Medical Assistant

Miranda is our rock star, jack of all trades!  She is our clinic coordinator and takes care of referrals and prior authorizations among many other things.

She also fills in as Medical Assistant and covers the front desk when needed.

We are super lucky to have her!

Shanay

Medical Assistant

Shanay (Shay) is Riki's MA and we all know keeping up with Riki is a tough job, but Shay does it well.

Shay is positive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and help. Patients love her and so do we.  She fits right in with the wild, wonderful crew here at FHW!

Coders

Traci & Dianna

These gals are behind the scene working their magic and ensuring we get everything we need to stay open so we can keep providing care! They work hard and although you will probably never see them, we can't help but recognize how much they do for the clinic!!
